thanks Charlie I still got and use my printed copy all it cost me was an ink cartridge Shocked

Is it helping? Laughing

HOPEFULLY the PDF version will NOT take as much ink since I pared it down a bit and tried to keep things from "running over" from a margin standpoint.

For those that don't need full color pics, I suggest a B&W version for sure! The pared down version is still 40 pages and looks to even larger after this weekend if all goes as planned!

Coming up: Fattie, smoked cheese, and beef rib procedures as written by Ringers!

Anyone got that PP procedure ready yet? Wink

Charlie

need any help Laughing

Really like what you've done CB. It's just a wealth of information you've accumulated for all to enjoy. Good for you... and well done.

FYI - if you have an iPhone, be sure to download the free iBooks app and you can store and read the PDF from the app!

Thanks for putting this together, it's nice to know I can always have it in my pocket!
