I broke in the Disco tonight with Beef Fajitas.

Disco warming up.

Heated some oil and then added the meat.

Squeezed some lime to tenderize it while cooking.

Added some sea salt.

Meat ready to push aside.

Added the veggies. Bell pepper, onion and jalapeņos.

Everything looking happy.

Done.

Plated.

Looks really good!

I've had my disk (sans sides and "chute") for many years.

No fancy stand as we mainly use it at catered events.

I need to add sides to it- I like that feature.

One question for you disk owners- do you use the side chute often?

Looks great Debbie! If only we had the green grass you do.....my wife hates all the grease I tend to splatter on the stove and up under the micro making fajitas and such - I'll grill in a snowbank, but anything like this is done inside 'til the spring thaw! Very Happy
Tell Kevin you need a fancy paint job on that bad boy if he ever gets off the couch........ Embarassed Shocked Very Happy

Joe, I don't know what kind of meat Debbie used, but I usually use skirt or flank steak. Hope this helps...I am going to have to get a Disco soon!!!
