I was thinking the same thing. Is it like a wok, or am i completely missing it?

Great work none the less! I just made some tubing the same way that you did. Except I bent mine away from the cut and welded the outside edge. Yours looks much sanzzier I must say!

thats what i was goin for but i scored the plate to deep and when i bent it, it broke on me Shocked i was hopin to just weld the outside Sad

i've see them all the way up to 30'' but the ones i get go from 16'' to 20''

i had seen the lights on when i left ours and thought about stopping by but didnt want to slow any progress and it looks like its a good thing i didnt cause it may have been another day or two before you got this thing done now get started on your cooker Laughing

Im from Canada,we made those to cook over open fire,weld pins so your steak or whatever doesnt slide over the hole in centre. Slide your butter along the outer edge and as its melting put your steak in,cook it, put your spices and more butter just when steak is done.We made these to cook over jackpine coals.Point Du Bois,Manitoba, Canada.Pickerel filets done fresh with the coals,or steak will stay with you forever.I like your idea ,its like a futuristic version of old.Thumbs up.
