At comps we get our butts ready 2 to 3 hours early and double wrap them in foil and place them in a cooler. My question is this...
Do you remove the butts from the cooler and unwrap them for a while to let them rest before pulling them or do you take the out of the cooler and pull them right away????

| I'd have to agree with Big Jim. The butts are as rested as they get in the cooler, Just tear into them when you unwrap'em. |
