At comps we get our butts ready 2 to 3 hours early and double wrap them in foil and place them in a cooler. My question is this...

Do you remove the butts from the cooler and unwrap them for a while to let them rest before pulling them or do you take the out of the cooler and pull them right away????

Dab.

I'd have to agree with Big Jim. The butts are as rested as they get in the cooler, Just tear into them when you unwrap'em.

That's what we have been doing. Thanks. Just making sure we were doing the right thing.
