Smoking a 20 lb turkey. I did it last year and cant remember how long we smoked it and what the temp was. Do you have any suggestions.

I start them out low 230 for and hour then I bmp up to 300-350 till i hit 165 in te meaty part of the thigh. remove from the pit loosely tent withA F and rest 45 miin. I go by temp soo...
