Good evening
kinda new to posting here but I know that someone here will be able to help me out. I'm being given A fresh ham to cook for a family party on Saturday and I'm going to throw it on the smoker but I was wondering if anyone has some good ideas for prep and seasoning for this monster leg. I'm going to cook it for slicing and not for pulling so I know i have to watch the temperatures. What else should I watch for?
