Hello everyone, I am a new poster and have been smoking for about three months now and have learned so much from this forum.
I cook on a Modified Brinkmann Smoke N' Pit and a horizontal 55 gallon drum smoker.

Just want to give a collective thank you to everyone here on the forums for all of their help.

Gonna get some pics up from past cooks reall soon!
