was going to say using a brine, and saw it was for thighs, but a brine might help them also....as stated... skin on / bone in _________________ Smokers Inc.

| Skin on, bone in works best for me. Having the bone in adds so much more flavor it seems. I haven't ever brined thighs (yet), but there's always a first time. Normally, I just use a little EVOO on them, as little as possible and still cover them and then put the rub on, let'em sit while the smoker is warming up and then stick'em in the cooker. |
