Had a couple small pork tenderloins that I marinaded with,7 cloves fresh garlic,dry roasted garlic,cracked black pepper,fresh rosemary,kosher salt and evoo.I put them in a ziplock for 5 hours. I fired up the grill with some good lump and seared them on the grill for a minute or so and then cooked indirect until the thermapen say's 145,and a ten minute rest.

bacon , your something else, that pork looks perfect , do you ever cook on a stove? from all the posts and pics i don't see how you would have time to actually cook indoors . i used to spend a lot of time over the years in your neck of the woods , i wish i knew you then, i'd have loved to chow down on a meal or two
