It may not be BBQ but its damn good Very Happy but i cant eat like this when Mamas in town well she's gone for the weekend Crying or Very sad Shocked Very Happy

here’s my carnitas recipe,
you start with some a pork shoulder dice it up in about 2x2 pieces marinate the pieces in lime juice & salt (kosher is what i used) over night. use a 1 to 1 ratio then deep fry them in lard Very Happy

THAT'S what I'm talkin about. There is a Mex restaurant not far from me that makes excellent carnitas. Maybe a little spicier than your recipe but yours looks great.

thanks Soapm the bad thing is if you eat like this to much you have to sleep belly up Shocked

Uncle John hit me up my dads been wanting one too. and i would really like to do a build in the cooker section.

i wont lie to you John Shocked not really but i have built the bases out of a truck rim and they hold up great in the wind but as fare as design i too really like this one

Carnitas should be a food group unto it's self, I usually do them a couple of times a year. I think the are he perfect diet food Rolling Eyes If you eat to many they will force you to go on one Very Happy
