Well...I had one once before, then switched to a perfect flame, gas/wood combo and produced some great stuff. But I want to try out the competition side and had to get another offset. At least it was cheap and now I know more than I did 10 years ago. Do the mods and learn to manage my heat, instead of set it and forget it.....but what I really like is my view with the offset this time around...going to try and produce some shredded beef from a roast I had in the freezer...got to be something that goes in there first... Shocked Very Happy

Nice smoker. But that is an awesome view. i bet it's nice in WA during the summer and not so nice in the winter. i would love to live there in the warm months and move back to the south in the winter.

I'm in to snowmobiling, so the winter is fine by me....it's usually in the mid 30's with light rain all winter so not bad. The summers rule too!!

very nice, I would gladly sit outside and rink some cold adult beverages while smoking with your view.

For me, if I peak threw the fence at the right time I catch the chihuahua next door taking a dump Shocked

LOL....I know...that thing is like from the Braveheart days, just put an axe handle on it and I'm ready for some old school warfare...parent of a buddy of mine are big in to cast iron and they ran in to a few of those. It works so good, hardly have to work to chop....but my counter and cabinets are goiing to come loose from the blows....
