I am going to try smoked turkey breast this weekend. I am going to brine it tonight , besides the salt and water what else goes in the brine. As for the rub does anyone have a good dry rub. Also i dont have any cherry wood would peach or apple do. Just a few newbie questions.

Add a 1/3 cup Honey and 2 tsp mustard powder to the brine.
BluDawgs Buzzard Blaster Rub
3 tbl Fiesta season all
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp dry sage
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper _________________ Never met a cow that I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.
