on you tube a couple of these have been build and they will get up to 700+ with lump.
So with that shop vac is that the new hot and fast method of making Q?

Thanks for the build pics (and now the proof-is-in the-pizza pics over in general)!

I've wanted something like this for a long time due to a case of serious cooker envy.

A buddy of mine has a wood fired Fourno Bravo unit and I just could not see ponying up the serious $$$$ for a back yard cooker.

I'll be going a slightly different route (think stainless mounted to a more permanent base) but the general idea will be the same.

I put some short legs on a weber and the leg mount busted from movin it around. Just something to think about Wink

I've been playing with my dough recipe. So far I like the King Arthur Flour recipe the best. Haven't done much pizza making though as it's a balmy 18 degrees here today and seems it's been this way since November.
