Hello from pinocchio

Hi my name is pinocchio. I live in Hollywood, CA next door to OJ Simpson.

Me and my girlfriend Pan Anderson recently started backyard bbqing and she asked what kind of wood we needed so we could bbq some seal veal we got on our trip to Alaska. I told her I thought we needed some mangrove chunks to add to our south american hardwood lump charcoal. I wasent sure so I googled it and found this place. I was just reading the smokeing wood list sticky and boy am I glad pine is not on there.

Also Im not quite sure what temprature to cook the seal veal, or for how long. I hope you guys can help us. Thanks.
