Hi all! I just got my first smoker, a Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain. I've got close to no idea what to do with it yet, but I'm so dang excited to get going I'll be trying not to ruin a perfectly good rack of St. Louis style ribs tomorrow!  I've been grilling for years and have my own tried & true rub & sauce recipes, so as long as I stick to the basics on technique it can't go to bad, right? Beside, bad BBQ is always better than none at all...
Looking forward to learning from the huge amount of experience here! |
