well i'm really new to smoking/bbq.... i love eating it and always wanted to cook it. i had been helping my brother-in-law sometimes when he fired up his pit. he showed me some stuff. but he never was able to teach me very much. most of ya'll knew him........... he is JamesB. and from what i have read here and other forums he is greatly missed!!!
with everything that has went on in the last 10 months has inspired me to keep going on learning bbq...... in hope i can become as good as he is!!! |
