I just cooked a tenderloin tonight and went to get the Super Duper Black therma pen and it said your good go eat. Heck I never opened the case Now that's fast.

Oh yeah.....well I went to get mine, and it was already outside, had the cooker going, the meat on, and a beer cracked for me

Its the color you don't have. So obviously the Pink & Purple ones are faster, since none [or most] of you guys dont have those colors.

| My orange thermapen once flew to the sun and accuratly checked its temp. No other color is durable enough to do that. |

I dont have a pink one BTW. I have the probe & IR thingie combo. About half as fast as a proper thermapen.  So ALL the above mentioned colors of thermapen are faster than my thermapen.
I am saying the fastest one is the color you dont have. Obviously that color is Pink.

My Black pen was going to make that trip, but we suspected it might melt, so we sent it to the sun at night, and it recorded a much cooler temperature in the dark of the night!

Naw, bragging is when it stays up all night stoking the fire while you sleep. It wakes you to hot coffee and has the breakfast fattie sliced and on the plate with raisin toast and a side of grits. I just about sat on the news paper it had sitting in my seat.
You'll need a green one like mine to get that kind of service. |

Speaking of brown thermapen,s, did I ever tell you about the time an airplane I was flying lost all power and began falling nose first from 35K feet? I have to admit I panicked but that was when my brown therapen came out of the number 3 engine and told me to give her a try. I'm only able to share my testimony because my brown therapen instant ability to rebuild that jet engine in mid air. It even over sized the pistons, installed a quad carb and cleaned the injectors while it had the motor apart.
But I still prefer my green therapen... |
