Had a great time in Magnolia the turn out was better than before but still kinda on the small side 20 teams.
with this being the first official cook-off with the new pit things went very good I ended up getting 7th in brisket
I did have a little problem with Da ribs when I went to turn them in the head judge gave me a strong warning about the sauce on my ribs I think they thought I put Da sauce on then after they left the pit
NOT the case the last time I added any sauce was 1hr before I took them off.
needless to say no final table for the ribs, but everybody that eat them said they were great but they weren't Da judges
