Had a great smoke today! Smoked 3 racks of ribs, a brisket, 9 thighs and 2 breasts (bone-in) and chicken strips wrapped in bacon and brown sugar and chili powder packed on them. very tasty! Also made a Pulled chicken sammy on toasted sour dough! my favorite! Pleased with everything, brisket was moist. I think I am ready for my competition at the end of the month.

What do you think... Always open to critiques and praise! thats the only way I can get better.

Pulled chicken sammy! my FAVE!

the chicken tenders were good! Im not a big fan, my wife LOVES them! im just not to keen on chili powder. No pictures of them Ill snap some next time.

Recipe

3/4 cup brown sugar packed
2tbs. of chili powder

mix well....

Wrap bacon around the chicken then dredge. or pack brown sugar and chili powder on them and bake @ 350 for 30min.
