I drove by this place on 441 right outside of Commerce and even though it was on the other side of the road, I decided to stop and I'm glad I did. The Lang smoker out front was probably what enticed me. Knowing they actually do their cue the right way is obviously a good sign. I just got a brisket sandwhich because it was a snack. It was darn good. Brisket had a great smoke ring and such a great smoke flavor. The smoke was not lacking here nor was it overpowering. The sauce was pretty good sort of a carolina vinegar sauce although it need a little more spice. Good news is the sandwhich would have been just fine on it's own. Really liked the white but they served it on too. Great place and I highly recommend stopping if you are on 441.
