BEEP BEEP back the smoker up! You can't build something in a day! It's supposed to take MONTHS of us watching with anticipation of updates! Smile

Looks great, need more pics Smile

not a RF ..... it has a full length 8 inch, defusser pipe in it, havent fired it up yet, will be cutting the doors, working on prep shelf and wood/strorage box next. Doors will be 46 inch wide and approximately 26 inch tall. Planning on double slideout shelves on both doors

Well the doors are cut and trimmed, not completely happy with a couple aspects of the cutting of the doors so will need to do some tweak and fix before finished ( mostly in the fit and polish of the cuts )

Picture of the defusser installed

Good start. I am also building a smoker from a 500 gallon tank and trying to figure out the doors before I begin cutting. Can you let me know how far down from top you placed your doors? Any suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated? What is the size of your firebox?

JULIUS. NICE JOB a question on the defusser. Did u cut the bottom off of the pipe or are you going to drill holes in it. Hope this question makes sense, can't really tell in the pic. Also a 1911 fan Cool

under side of pipe is cut/slotted, each individual cut increasing in size as you get further away from the firebox
