I am smoking a pork butt and ribs. And i am trying bacon wrapped poppers. How long will they need to smoke with my other stuff at 240 degrees or so.

I think it depends mostly on how thick your bacon is and how crispy you want it.

I did some a couple weeks ago that were done in just about an hour, but the bacon was paper thin (custom cut at the deli).

Others I've seen can go four hours or more with the thick stuff.

I like thick sliced bacon on mine. It takes about 2 hours. It's done when the bacon is done to your tastes.

mine went about 4 hours could of maybe went about 3. But they turned out good.

I generally go about 2 hours at 225. I don't like my bacon too crispy when wrapped around a pepper as it sometimes has a tendency crumble and then I don't get bacon in every bite.

4 to 5 hours at 225-250 or until the bacon is crisp..I dont like soggey bacon..
