Howdy. Shout out to all the folks from the NW. Been doing BBQ for years after moving here from KC and not quite finding the flavor I like when I'm really craving the Q....
Already learned a number of things from surfing the site and look forward to getting in to competition next year. |

Welcome Armageddon! You're not alone.... NE Indiana has no decent BBQ places either. That's why we're doin our own. Besides that, we can do BBQ the way WE like it, instead of BBQ made to please the masse, most of whom believe BBQ means something fixed in a crockpot with BBQ sauce. _________________ DennyD

I was just poking fun at the Seattle BBQ scene, I had read a post earlier that talked about a really poor visit. But there are some that take care of my needs....just a way to start conversation.....But then again, why would I start doing my own if it was that good....  |
