I saw lots of smoke coming from their chimney, so I tried them for lunch. Ordered the chopped pork plate. What I got was pork chunks that had been simmered in Cattlemens sauce. I believe the meat might have been smoked at too high of a temp, but it was hard to tell. The fries were good. The beans were not. The pork was poor. It was a major disappointment.
When I checked out, the lady up front asked if it was my first time there. She told me I should have ordered ribs. It seems to me if you know your pork is bad, you should change it or drop it from your menu.
Don't waste your trip.
