I bought an Oregon Scientific model AW131 wireless thermometer yesterday to test out before our next competition. My problem is with the wireless transmitter. I can't get a signal if I'm next to it or within range. I have tried new batteries and resetting both base and remote with no luck.
Any other ideas before I take it back?
Thanks,

On mine I took the batteries out of the transmitter. Then put back in turn it on after its on turn on the receiver. Now I just turn transmitter on first and it works every time.

On Mavericks, receiver has to be on first, otherwise it won't work....maybe similar? _________________ Since Christ DIED for us, we should LIVE for Him!
To make the ° temperature symbol, hold the Alt key while typing 248 on keypad.
