how long can i keep some pulled pork in the oven at 175 for?

i kept the huge piece of fat from the butt and put it over the top of the meat to help keep it moist.

As long as you keep it in the safe range and keep it moist you could keep it in there all day with no issues.

Is this for guests arrival or do you need to keep it longer than that?
