Wow Beef ribs look like dinosaur bones.
Need help on smoking at 225 temp?
how long typically and whats my target internal temp?
do rubs differ pork vs beef?
bbq sauce differ?

I get good results with a typical 3-2-1 (or sometimes an extra hour).
