Wow Beef ribs look like dinosaur bones.

Need help on smoking at 225 temp?

how long typically and whats my target internal temp?

do rubs differ pork vs beef?

bbq sauce differ?

would welcome any and all suggestions. meat looks too good to screw up

use a brisket rub and they take 7 hours to cook not 6 for pork Wink

I get good results with a typical 3-2-1 (or sometimes an extra hour).
