Had dinner at the Whispering Canyon Cafe the other night. Because I can't resist BBQ, and because I was hungry from our long flight I ordered their All you can eat BBQ plate. It came with Corn, Mashed potatos, and beans fo sides and all the competition meats: Ribs, Brisket, Chicken and Pulled pork. The price was a little high, but it's Disney where everything is high.
I was a little suprised because everything was really good. The ribs and brisket were cooked just right, brisket slices had a snap when pulling apart and had a nice smoke ring. The ribs were bite thru and their sweet sauce worked well. The chicken was moist and had flavor all throughout the meat. My wife who usually doesn't like chicken, ate hers all up. By the time we got to the pulled pork we were full and only tried it.

I wish I read your review about 3 weeks ago. We just returned from a 10 night stay at WDW on the 27th. We kicked around the idea about going to Whispering Canyon Cafe but in the end it didn't make the cut.
However, we did get in a dinner at O'hana. _________________ If the momma isn't happy, then no one is happy.
