Texas Monthly puts out a list of the top 50 Barbecue places in the State. This is the first year to invite all 50 to a one day event Festival on Sept. 19, 2010 – they sold out of tickets quick!

It will be interesting to see if snows takes first again. I went there about 8 weeks ago and just wasn't that impressed. Coopers in Llano is still my favorite.
