What's everyone planning on cooking this weekend?
Myself, I'm going to go for beer can chicken and maybe a small piece of butt or BRT so I have something to put in my beans next weekend. That's Saturday.
Sunday, I have some beef back ribs and chicken leg quarters that are calling my name. Finally got the UDS painted (not quite as U now), so time to start smoking in style

A 5 lb chicken, a fatty, an eye of round, and double smoke a ham. Also I've smoked a bologna several times... last time turned out really well, so I'm going to smoke a cheap greasy 3 lb summer sausage and see what comes of that. _________________ DennyD

I'm going to try a hot and fast briskit, just out of curiosity, and I'm going to give ABT's a whirl. I was just looking at the recipes and cooking temps/times for the ABT's, and I think I drooled on my desk a bit . |
