Ha, welcome Roger.... Funny... those of us working for the LP co;s, cook with wood... and I still have oil for heat.... You work for a large or small company?

I will put up pics of the build and hope to get some constructive critisism. I'm not a pro and this is my very first smoker.

As for my company we are a small part of Energy USA Propane which is huge. But my company itself runs 8 or 9 drivers in the winter. We do oil and propane.

welcome... by the looks of the MA contingent here, you'd think BBQ joints would be more popular here... maybe that's why we've all decided to cook our own.

Okay.....Our nearest office is in WSpfld, and if there was a company around here, that did oil, A/C, and gas, that was hiring, i would be in..

For me, its a LARGE family owned company.... green trucks, and tan tanks.... just dont look down on me for that...(i'm a tech)....

Anyway, welcome, though, I am just as new as you are.....

And as for BBQ joints... my wife and I have been toying with starting a southern pit style joint....(I was stationed in TX for 6.5 out of my ten years)...Then I just have to make a BIG smoker, and a huge pit...
