After seeing some delicious looking wings in posts today I had to make some, too.

Wings.

Seasoned.

On the Kettle.

Ready for sauce.

Sauced.

Done.

Plated.

Love me some wings! My fav is with teriaki, or some soy and honey after they come off the grill. Seems to me the wings take to the smoke flavor better than other parts. May be my imagination. Do y'all want to move to Alabama? The house across the street from me is for sale. I'll buy it for you if y'all will cook for me. Rolling Eyes

Nice job there Deb. I have a pork rib and wing comp. this weekend. Cooked about 9 or ten dozen different wing recipes I came up with. All failures except one. Wish me luck. I'm gonna try one more and if that fails I'll use the previous one I did like. I do have a fantastic recipe I got from a fellow competitor but told him because it was his that I would never use it in a competition but I will pass it on to you and Kevin.
