I found this forum yesterday (registered today) and was perusing around. Three wings threads did it. I stopped by my local pub on the way home from work and got me some buffalo wings... but these look better.

Those wings that Sterno made look VERY good. . . no question ! But being from Buffalo i'm sorry but i can't go with better. Those are prob the best looking smoked wings i've seen ! But every time i get some wings together for the drum, the Buffalonian that i am, i always get out the deep fryer and cook 'em. Sooner or later they'll find their way to the drum.

Crispy, yet saucy . . . the only way to go !!!
