Greetings from Memphis, TN

Hello one and all! I finally got the courage to get an account and attempt to be social.

I've been involved in competitive cooking since 2007, getting my start at Memphis Italian Festival with The Pastafarians. I moved over to the Q-world in 2008, cooking hot wings for Swinebucks BBQ (Too Sauced to Pork) at the Memphis in May International BBQ Festival.

I've won some awards for my ancillary efforts, but I try to stay humble about them. In the short time I've cooked, I know I still have a lot to learn.

Hopefully interaction and socialization with you good folks will help me hone my skills, and become a better BBQer/Wing Guy (or at least get me a few free beers at some competitions heh).

Welcome Danny glad you are here! Danny is one of my teamates and is too modest to bragg on himself so I will do it for him. Danny and his partner Gary won The Memphis In May championship for Hot Wings in 2008. Take it from me they have world championship taste.
