I have been slowly learning how to do this dish for the past 10 years,
this is one of my favorite dishes.

Take some pre-sliced pork shoulder and marinade it in a red pepper paste concoction:

Here it is after grilling on high heat:

Plated up with brown rice, lettuce, and another special sauce:

The key is to take the lettuce and put some rice on it with pork on top plus a lot of the sauce:

Sure

Here a link to a video I made for the sauce:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9bruppwZB0

Once you watch the video you will understand the marinade:
Korean Pork Marinade-
1 Large or 2 medium sweet onion minced
1 head garlic minced
10 soup spoons of the Red Pepper Paste
1/3 cup roasted sesame seeds cracked in a spice grinder
1/3 cup (+ an extra splash if needed) Soy Sauce
1/3 cup sesame seeds oil

*I use the magic bullet to mince the onion and garlic
