Had a hankering for some wings yesterday so i decided to cook them up today. i have some beans in the smoker so i tossed the wings in a blend of brown sugar, chili, paprika, cayenne, cinnamon. put them on the smoker for an hour or so and then tossed them on the smokey joe for 5 minutes to get em good and crispy.
the joe was a little too hot and blackened a few of them but no biggie.
then i tossed them in bullseye texas bbq sauce. made a nice small meal.
topped it off with roasting marshmallows on the smokey joe and making s'mores. didn't have hershey bars so hot fudge took it's place.
