A couple of helpful hints for you

When posting pics, resize to 640x480(large on photobucket), this way we don't have to scroll left to right to read text.
Hit <enter> after every pic inserted, this keeps them vertically stacked and easier to view.
Post your cooks in the General BBQ Discussion, you will get alot more traffic, and alot more oohs and aahs. Smile

Thank u wish I would of got pics of my first brisket to. I had a friend that liked it so much she wants me to cater her wedding party. I really am having fun with it.
