Hello from Ohio!!

Hello All, just registered today, Great site!!

I have a Weber Genesis Gold C gas grill and will be purchasing a WSM this week. I grill about 5 nites a week year around, I get pretty creative with smoke on my Genesis but I have to take the step up to the WSM.

I live in Central Ohio, in Knox county. Married with 3 kids that love to eat grilled foods. My user name reflects my other love, Bass Fishing! Love to fish the Carolina rigged lizard.

Looking forward to participating with and learning from everybody here.

Welcome Lizard Dragger....ever fish Salt Fork? We have a farm about 5 minutes from the lake. We do a lot of outdoor cooking as well as fishing and hunting year round. Keeps us out of trouble, for the most part.

Hey there Lizard...welcome!

What do ya'll fish there? Used to love catching big-mouth bass and catfish back home, but now it is muskey, trout, and when I can afford the time and costs, wild salmon...man if you have ever had wild coho, you know what real salmon tastes like!!!

Since I had my first catch of a wild coho a few years ago, I haven't been able to bring myself to go back and eat the farm raised stuff they sell at the store!

This summer I did my first fly fishing trip. Took some practice and didn't catch a damn thing, but I really enjoyed it. It was really peaceful...kind of like standing by the smoker all night with nothing but you and the air around you...doesn't get better than that!
