This was by far the best bbq I have had anywhere.

Two locations in the Asheville, NC area. They have a web site.

Ribs were faaaantastic, but the Hogzilla was outstanding.

Hogzilla: Large sandwitch, with:::: two sliceses of bacon,pulled pork, and smoked sausage.........

I agree I think I even made a mini review on here, I just ran out of their blueberry rib sauce wife was very upset so I tried to replicate it and I got it pretty close to theirs, we are planning to go up there in couple months

Had a great meal at the Asheville 12 Bones last November. My only issue was that I didn't think their sauces were up to the quality of the meat. Another Asheville-area Q joint that does it right is Luella's, on the far south side of town. Only ate at either place once but based on those visits, I'd go back to both...tomorrow if I could.

Been there twice (Sweeten Creek Road) Should have been free, sure wasn't worth paying for. Brisket was tough and had not taste or hint of seasoning, blueberry ribs were the same, didn't even get a hint of blueberry tast at all. And no smoke taste on either item. Wasn't impressed and have no reason to go back.

Great day for a short motorcycle trip so I jumped on the bike and rode the 70 miles to 12bones. First time I have been there. Ordered ribs (nekked), sour slaw and beans. Ribs were great especially when you put there homemade sauces on it. Slaw was really good also. Beans were so-so. Not sure if I got a bad batch or what, but they were hard liked they had been overcooked. Would go back, but man they have really strange hours. They close today at 4:00 and not open on Sunday.
