Thanks guys

jess we did the clean up Embarassed

slow&low the pig was 100lbs
temp was 230 to 250
time 13 hours on Marks pit
when the pig hit 180 we turn the pit down to 180 for an hour
took the pig out and let it cool down, I pulled and chopped it up
almost faster than Mark could get it into pans
the 4 butts took longer to cook
when the butts were done we pulled and chopped them
and added them to the pig
Some people say 190 to 200 on the pig. This was the first pig I cooked
start to finish.

To Mark and I the pig was spot on, when I do it again will not change a thing
