Dan I thought I had seen every episode Giada has ever done.....I'm jealous that you had some secret meal of hers that I didn't know about. She is the grandaughter of Dino De Laurentiis....one of the great film producers ever. Oh yeah this was about your cook.....man that looks fantastic. That tater salad looks like the bomb...I'm all over that real soon. Your plate up is absolutely beautiful.....I've seen you and you are no Giada but with that plate in your hand you'd be looking pretty good! Razz

Jeepdad,

I just coudn't leave this one alone and tweeked it again for more flavor. I emulsified 1.5 tablespoons of white balsalmic vinegar with the olive oil for the potato salad. Gives that little extra somethin Wink

That's a very sweet plate of food. I like how heavy you are with the sauce on your sandwiches--that thing is drenched in sauce! Simply beautiful. Laughing
