Hobo's has their smoker running every day. They recently took over the American Legion kitchen, and it's always packed, and I've heard a lot of great things about the food.
My Bro and I went in to check it out Saturday for lunch.
He had a PP sammi on a huge hoggie bun, and a plate of fries for $5.50. The pork was great!
I had the pork steak platter- THICK monster of a pork steak- Great rub and smoke with a bit of kick to it. Cut it with a fork, but it stayed together well.
This, with 2 sides was $10, and worth it.

That is right in my back yard and I've never tried it. I gotta put that on my list to try.
Maybe members of the ring could have a beer there for lunch some Saturday. hmmmm...

Im out of town for a wedding that weekend. How about Sept 4?

Fireworks Club shoot on the 4th.
-I'll be BBQ'n..... maybe we should do lunch there? Bowling Green MO, $20 day pass to the club, great people and see amazing fireworks. Come shoot stuff that you can't shoot in the county/city.

I'm in.... I got a comp on Aug. 28th & Sept 4th I'll be catering a wedding. But any other Saturdays work for me
