TallySmoke, take it to 175 pull it, crisp them over higher heat over hot coals or gasser just a few mins. _________________ I'm not 50 yrs. old I'm 21 with 29 yrs. experience.

| i always pull mine at 170 for the risk of dryin out. 165 is FDA approved, but i think if u pull at 170 and crisp for a couple mins, you will have it at 175 and crispy. Any further and they can dry out |

FDA says 170 for breast, 180 for whole poultry, and you check this by testing the thighs. _________________ Greg |
