Not sure if this has been done or not yet and I didn't see a thread so here it goes.

My local Kroger (Friendswood, TX) has Whole Packer Select Briskets on sale for .99 a lb. Very Happy

Jeez... I saw some at Wal-Mart here outside of Chattanooga, TN for $1.98/lb and I thought it was amazing.

SuperTarget has brisket for 99 cents a pound and NO additional purchase required! I got six of them on Sunday, when the sale began...can't beat that as most other places have a mimmum purchase required...going back today to get some more!

I was kind of disappointed in the meat sales so far around here but I am wondering if they will step it up in this coming Sunday ad since the 4th in on Monday this year.

Target here's not got the brisket (Kroger has them @ $2/lb), but they are selling Hormel St. Louis spares for $1.49/lb. I don't remember if they're enhanced, but that's a pretty good price for pre-trimmed St. Louis spares around here.

Of course I'll likely head down to the International Farmer's Market in Smyrna, where the everyday price on spares is $1.39. I'll be sure to check on brisket there too.

BigOrsen

The Hormels are enhanced, but I use them all the time and the are a really good product.. It is the funniest thing but Super Target always has good deals on these bad boys especially around holidays.

Meat sales in St. Louis suck so far. No good rib or butt sales anywhere.

this is not a meat sale but the lowes here in central CA marked down a bunch of their grill stuff. I picked up a wireless taylor thermometer for 20, regularly 30. I have a et-73 on the way but it is backordered.

On the IL side schnucks ad is showing butt for $1.19 a pound. I rarely see it cheaper since pork prices went up a month or two ago. I'm planning to raid them for about 6.

Hormel picnic shoulders are 99c a lb at Cub in the west metro area of Minneapolis. Don't know if they are "enhanced" or not.

I picked up that same thermo yesterday, as well as a grate thermo for $5. One Lowe's had it for $25, another for $20....I got the last one for $20.
