Smoker Overload!!!

Being the good Dad that I am, as most of us are, I told my youngest daughter thatI would help her raise money for the middle school dance team that she was elected CAPTAIN. I've kinda got a reputation around town for my Smoked Boston Butts since I started 2yrs. ago as a fund-raising idea for my oldest daughters kidney transplant. So I volunteered my services if they did the "legwork". Found out the other day that they have sold 113 Exclamation

This will by far be my biggest job to date! My oldest son helps and he has done a few smokes this summer for extra money. The kicker is that I had my 3rd back surgery last wednesday, so I'll only be able to season and supervise. I'll definately add pics through the whole experience.
