|
|
A little wings and ABT's for lunch today plus plenty leftover for lunch tomorrow. Went cheap and rubbed the wings (plus some cut-up boneless, skinless breast for the wife) with Weber's Sweet BBQ rub. $1 at the local store a couple weeks ago.
Wings are done.
ABT's are on with a few cherry chips...a couple didn't make it through the grate.
Still waiting on wife to get home from the store! Had to put the wings in a pan w/sauce to keep warm. Super Smoker's Carolina Mustard on half and Championship red on the rest.
Wings sauced and plated...a little sloppy.
ABT's are done. The ones on the left of the plate are wrapped in turkey bacon with the right side wrapped in regular pork bacon.
Thanks for looking.

Big_Al some good looking wings and ABT's....man can never go wrong with wings and cold beer. Sorry my lowly Royals whopped arse on your Cards today.....St Louis is as good of a baseball city as I have ever seen....I'm jealous. When I lived in Little Rock I used to come to SL for my baseball fixes...sure hated it when there AA affiliation left LR.....used to watch all the guys on their way there. _________________ http://kchawgskitchen.blogspot.com/

Agreed on the wings and beer. KC should handle the bbq and STL should handle the baseball. _________________ Char-Griller Smokin Pro
