So, we had a mini family reunion (my dad's side) over Memorial Day weekend. I smoked three fatties for the family the night before we headed down to Gatesville (best seen driving thourough town around 100 miles per hour), and they loved all of them, and kept asking me what they were. Needlees to say, I have been asked to cater the event the next time it happens. Good times...

Ground beef on the left (didn't have any sausage), french toast stick and Lil' Smokie fattie and spicey fattie on the right. The two on the ends had sauteed mushrooms, green onions, cream cheese and shredded cheese.

Sliced the ends to see what they looked like, and to get a sample of each!!!
Meat fattie...

Pork sausge fattie...

And Nikki's favorite out of all the fatties I have smoked is the french toast sticks and Lil' Smokie fattie...with a little syrup on top of it, it is VERY good!!!

Thanks for looking...BigPhil gone.
