Does anyone know of a book that breaks down the regions of American barbecue, and gives a good run down of the kinds of food available in those regions? I'm looking for something a little more nuanced than 1 St Louis rub and 1 KC rub and 1 Carolina sauce, etc.

Pictures are good, too. I like pictures.

When I was living in Durham, NC I saw a PBS documentary on just NC BBQ. This was probably about 12yrs ago though.
