Had another rain day today.Fired up a cigar and went to work, stoked the wsm for some grilling.I made up a mixture of coarse sea salt, cracked black pepper,5 cloves of minced garlic and some good evoo,I let this mixture sit out for 5 hours to let things mingle together Very Happy .I used this mixture on the portabellos, and some of the oil on the asparagus.

I seasoned up three super thick chops with evoo and Big Ron's Hint of Houston Rub.I love this stuff on chops.I grilled the chops till almost done, threw on the portabellos and then the asparagus.Enjoy the picks.

Mighty fine looking grub.
I'm getting ready to throw on a piece of pork loin, asparagus and peppers.
Great job.
