My Father's Day gift arrived today...sweet!!!!

The bitter part of the day is now K.A.M (Black), Canadian Bacon (Black), and Whitey (Yellow) now have to live with the fact that their Thermapen is slower than my super duper fast splash proof Blue one! Very Happy

I don't have one yet. I am still agonizing over the decision. I want to be absolutely sure I get the fastest color with the first purchase.

I was fortunate enough to get the fastest color when I bought my silver GTO...I don't want to break the streak. Laughing

I went with Red for mine.

My contacts at ThermoWorks let me in on the secret, in the factory they call it Ferrari Red because those color Thermapens are so fast.

Better luck next time.

But seriously, why doesn't everyone buy the red or orange because they are the easiest to find, I would kill myself if I lost mine because it blended in with the background

That Blue one is fast, but not as fast as the purple one that I am soon to order. Razz It's made of 50% Ferrari red and 50% Superfast blue Wink

this has got to be one of the funnier threads i have read on a forum in a while. thanx for the chuckle.
BTW, i think purple may just have the advantage. I mean, c'mon, a hybrid on blue and red? Can't be beat.
